Coach Karlie - Head Coach
I have been with Roach Gymnastics since August 2005 a hold the
positions of: Head Coach, Team Coach and Preschool Director.
As a former gymnast, I have always wanted to give back to children
what my coaches gave to me. Putting time and energy into children to
help build their esteem and future. My experience as coach includes
teaching in private clubs, recreational facilities and preschools in
Washington and California for almost 10 years.
My certifications include: USAG Professional Member, USAG Safety
Certified, KAT Certified (Kinder Accreditation of Teachers), and
MELPD Accredited (Movement Education and Lesson Planning
Development).
Coach Sheila
Coach Sheila has been at Roach Gymnastics since June 2006. She has
been coaching gymnastics for 12years and specializes in Levels 4-9.
She has been judging for 7 years for Washington State. She has 2
daughters that attend gymnastics and Roach and is currently the
Level 4,5, & 7 Team Coach.
Coach Chelsea
My name is Chelsea and I have been a gymnasts for many years. In
high school I competed All-Around and went to State both years. I
have been working here at Roach Gymnastics since February 2005.
Coach Ashley E.
I started competiitive gymnastics when I was eight and have been in
love the sport ever since! During the more recent years I discovered
two other passions, dance and cheerleading. I've been dancing for
six years and cheering for two. I've worked here at Roach Gymnastics
since Fall of 2005. My biggest goal with all my students is teaching
new skills and most off all performing them with perfection!
Coach Sarah D.
Hi! My name is Coach Sarah. I am a new coach to Roach Gymnastics
this year. All though I am new here, I am not new to the sport. I
started gymnastics when I was 5 years old and competed for 12 years
in a gym like this one and then in school. I am so excited to be
able to teach young children the sport that I love so much and was
so much a part of my life.
